As a Senior Accounts Manager in our advertising agency, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the financial aspects of advertising campaigns. You will ensure client satisfaction, project profitability, and strategic growth. Your expertise will guide the team in developing effective advertising strategies that align with our clients goals.

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as clients primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Regularly communicate and meet to discuss campaign progress, recommendations, and strategic insights.
Project Management and Campaign Oversight:
- Oversee advertising campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives, are on budget, and are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, and production) to ensure campaign strategies align with client expectations and agency capabilities.
- Develop and manage project budgets, meeting financial targets and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor account management teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure client satisfaction and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging cross-team cooperation and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development of advertising and marketing strategies, leveraging market trends, consumer insights, and client objectives.
- Participate in pitch presentations and client meetings, presenting strategies and solutions effectively.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of advertising account management experience, focusing on client servicing and project management.
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, overseeing account teams and projects.
- Strategies for clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools, such as project management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Leadership skills, including motivating and guiding teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
