Job Summary

According to the annual goals and plans of the FMCG department, assist Dept. manager to complete daily department management and other tasks, be responsible for the department's full-channel sales, assist in market research and marketing, new product promotion, and train local teams, to complete the department's annual various target.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the daily management of the department team.
  • Assist in the completion of department sales target decomposition, policy designed, and policy implementation.
  • Assist with effective communication and coordination with other departments and external contacts
  • Coordinate the relationship between the company and owners and surrounding residents, and handle the relevant disputes and complaints.
  • Manage and coordinates the work between each sales supervisor and each team.;
  • Observe and evaluate Sales supervisor and customer service supervisor’s performance.
  • Train all the team on their duties especially for new colleague.
  • According to the target and policy of department, following up the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual goals within the department, 9) Follow up on the achievement of customer contract goals and rebate goals to achieve different targets.
  • Investigate and finish market Survey Form, and keep it updated
  • Complete new product promotion and marking work
  • Follow up the market’s advertising investment and online/TV advertising
  • Improve the display position of our products in the market store, occupy the position closest to the main aisle
  • Increase the display area of our products in the store and occupy the largest display area
  • Check the sales price of our products in the store and assist in promotion activities
  • Help customers develop and promote channel promotion plans and team incentive plans



Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor and above.

2. Major: Marketing / Sales

3. Professional Qualification : Professional Certification in the adverstisied field will be an added advantage.

4. Years of work experience: 6 years working experience and above.

5. Professional Knowledge: Practical Experience in the Manufacturing sector, transcultural communicating ability

6. Professional Skills: Good at general office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

7. Key Abilities: Excellent in negotiation and presentation, analytical ability, ability to make immediate response, executive ability. Coordinating the activities of the entire department.

8. Key Personality: Honest and upright, rational and rigorous.
