A reputable outbound call center is looking to recruit Telesales Executives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Be able to sell the company’s services over the phone
- Turn outbound cold calls into successful callbacks
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Identifying new sales opportunities, informing regular customers of new services, and meeting sales targets
- Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
- Collect basic KYC based on the automated customer-survey
- Maintaining sales and delivery records. Keep track of customer support metrics like conversion rates, customer success, etc.
- Be able to track your own performance in CRM and keep your ledger in spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Candidates must be either University or Diploma graduates
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or other related fields
- A minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, marketing, Outbound Calls and Customer Service
- Applicants must have good command over the English language and must be able to communicate effortlessly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- He/she must be tech savvy and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
