Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be pivotal in driving the sales and distribution of our ready-mix concrete products to construction firms, contractors, and prospective customers within Accra & Tema, Ghana. Your role holds great importance in our sales team, where your efforts will directly impact the expansion and prosperity of our organisation.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to construction sites, building relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to maximise sales and market penetration.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  • Provide professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our ready-mix concrete solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and familiarity with concrete products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
