Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential revenue and probability of closing.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the company.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Track and report on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Senior High school or Diploma preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
