Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential revenue and probability of closing.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals for the company.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Track and report on sales activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Senior High school or Diploma preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
