Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling medical and laboratory devices.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Stay abreast with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Analyze market needs and feedback from customers to contribute to the development of new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering or Life Sciences or any related field.
- Proven experience in medical sales, preferably with a focus on medical and laboratory devices will be an added advantage.Â
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
