Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role based on-site in Accra. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee and manage the sales team, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include setting sales targets, preparing reports, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Sales Manager will also play a key role in training and coaching the sales team and building it up in order to meet local demand, regularly provide sales prospects in advance, and driving new business development efforts.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Business Development.
Experience with Team Leadership, Training, Building, and Management.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills.
In-depth Knowledge of the Medical Imaging Market in Ghana & have connections with Key Opinion Leaders.
Knowledge of Market Analysis and Strategic Planning.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales management role.
