The Sales Executive - Automobile will be responsible for driving retail and B2B sales through direct customer engagement, relationship building, and effective follow-up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned vehicle inventory
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual buyers, garages, and dealers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels (walk-ins, referrals, digital)
  • Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs
  • Provide after-sales support and foster repeat business
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
Market & Business Development:
  •  Identify and approach potential B2B clients (garages, mechanics, small dealers)
  •  Participate in promotional events and vehicle exhibitions
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing and offerings
  • Contribute to sales strategy development
Administration & Reporting:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports
  • Update CRM system with accurate customer data
  • Assist in inventory management and vehicle display

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
  • HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related field
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales (new or used vehicles)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes
Technical Skills:
  •  In-depth knowledge of automobile features, specifications, and mechanics
  • Understanding of the Ghanaian automotive market and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of digital sales tools
Personal Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated with high energy and drive
  • Customer-focused with professional demeanor
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

Salary: Base Salary + Performance + Allowances + Commission

Location: Accra
