About Us

Sunda International is a leading distributor in the manufacturing sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. As we continue to expand in Kumasi, we are seeking proactive Sales Officers to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting company products and negotiating contracts.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing and product availability.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in hardware, retail, or distribution industries.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software is an advantage.
