Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and offline promotions.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure excellent client relationship management.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
- Participate in networking events and trade shows to expand the company’s reach.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
