Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize savings and deposits from clients
- Market, process, and promote loan products
- Acquire and manage new customers
- Follow up on loan repayments
- Conduct regular field visits and sales activities
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SHS (Diploma/HND is an advantage)
- Previous experience in sales or microfinance is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Target-driven and willing to work in the field
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
