We are looking for a talented REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to join our team specializing in SALES for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS SEGMENT in ACCRA, GHANA.In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways: Lead Power Generation Business in GhanaLead Power Generation Business in NWA Cross BorderTravel to Cross Border countries and meet dealers and key customers to build relationsDevelop and execute business growth strategy for Cross Border where we are dependent on dealers to get us businessDevelop and execute business growth strategy for GhanaWork with Ghana sales team and Cross Borders PG team to achieve % market share by end of 5 To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following: 7 to years of work experience in Power Generation salesStarted career as sales engineer and grown to sales manager level within Power Generation industryEngineering background or MBA with extensive sales experience in Power Generation industryAbility to speak French will be added advantage
