Regional Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Source for Contracts
• Identify and follow leads
• Translate those leads into workable contracts
• You must be able to deliver and have a positive hit rate.
• Sustain the Contracts already in operation and bring in extra ones that must be sustained.
• Respond to Customer Complaints and queries and give positive feedback to sustain client interest
• Work with the Operations and Admin personnel to deliver quality service to clients.
• Assist the Admin and Operations team in their service delivery strategies.
• Be a positive representation of the Company and be an ambassador to the Client and be  the Company mouthpiece as well as mediate between the Client and Company interests responsibly.

Requirements:

• Be assertive
• Must be presentable physically and possess an endearing personality
• Must be courteous and well-mannered.
• Must be proactive and highly efficient.
• Must have at least HND from a recognized Tertiary institution.
• Must have at least 3 years of prior working experience in a Security Company .This would be an added advantage.
• The ability to ride a motorbike or drive a car would be an added advantage.
