Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image
- Manage the company’s public image, reputation, and brand voice
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media statements, and announcements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers
- Handle media inquiries, interviews, and public communications
- Manage corporate communications (newsletters, speeches, official statements)
- Support marketing campaigns with PR content and outreach
- Manage and monitor social media presence and public feedback
- Organize and coordinate events, product launches, exhibitions, and press conferences
- Monitor public opinion and provide reputation risk alerts to management
- Handle crisis communication and issue management when necessary
- Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and values
