Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional Public Relations Manager who will be in charge of managing our organization’s communication initiatives with media personnel. The Public Relations Manager (PR Manager) must nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Must engage, promote and communicate clearly about the brand to the various classes of clients and what it stands for.
- Developing a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
- Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
- Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company’s products and services, including a crisis management strategy.
- Coordinate all public relations activities and creating, managing a PR plan, including budgets, timelines, etc.
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media.
- Leverage and strengthen existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven working experience in public relations required.
- A proven track record of designing and executing successful public relation campaigns at both a local and national level.
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews.
- Five (5 ) years’ experience and more in related fields.
- Extensive experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, X, etc.
- Event planning experience.
- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good creative writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software’s.
