Job summary
A reputable company located at North Legon is seeking to recruit a Programs Officer for immediate employment.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Coordinate and manage company programs and assigned projects from planning to execution.
- Provide effective customer service to clients, including responding to enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support travel, tour, and work-abroad related programs, including basic guidance on visa application processes (training will be provided).
- Manage and promote company programs across social media platforms and online channels.
- Assist with marketing, promotions, and client acquisition activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and program documentation.
- Support management in achieving program and business targets.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with organizational objectives.
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet applications, and social media.
- Must possess an HND, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Travel and Tour services and knowledge of visa application processes will be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of the work-abroad sector will be an added advantage; successful candidates will be trained.
- Must possess strong managerial, organizational, and customer relations skills.
- Must be social media marketing and promotions oriented.
- Must be smart, well-organized, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
- Must be target-driven and performance-oriented.
