Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive paying subscriptions for VEED. You will manage and optimise various performance marketing channels, such as SEM, social media, and display. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign implementation and achieve business goals.

Job Description/Requirements

What you will do

Strategy Development

  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audience, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

Campaign Management

  • Hands on experience in running campaigns on Meta
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Analyse data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creative elements to maximize conversion rates.
  • Manage advertising budgets, allocate funds effectively, and ensure efficient spending to achieve ROI targets.

Analytics and reporting

  • Knowledge of measurement techniques for both Desktop and Apps
  • Collect and analyse campaign data to measure performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Create regular performance reports and dashboards to communicate results, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration and communication 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and successful execution.
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure a healthy pipeline of creatives.

About you

  • Proven experience in performance and digital advertising, including Meta.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing channels and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, affiliate networks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
