In this role, you'll be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention through the management of all digital marketing channels. You are expected to bring a forward-thinking mindset to our marketing department, utilising new methods and technologies, such as AI, to drive innovation and optimize marketing performance

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns globally across all digital channels including SEM, SEO, programmatic display, influencer and affiliate marketing
  • Drive our customer acquisition, retention, and churn strategies through the creation of targeted, data-driven campaigns that are optimized for ROI
  • Use data analytics and marketing technologies to inform decisions and iterate on marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve KPIs
  • Own the forecasting, monitoring, and reporting of acquisition and retention performance and budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, such as affiliate partners, media buying agencies, and influencers
  • Lead and maintain a mar-tech strategy, continuously evaluating and improving upon the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing processes and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with internal teams, specifically the product team, to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with the product team's delivery schedule
  • Research and implement AI-powered tools to optimize marketing efforts across various disciplines, including SEO, advertising, paid media, and CRM


Requirements:

  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Portuguese and or Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field
  • Experience implementing high-growth performance marketing strategies in emerging markets, specifically in the sports betting and casino industry
  • Demonstrable evidence of making data-justified marketing decisions, and experience using data and analytics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEM, SEO, CRM, influencer and programmatic advertising methods, and experience developing and implementing successful campaigns in these areas
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to analyze customer and competitor behaviors and develop effective marketing campaigns that drive growth
  • The ability to influence within a fast-paced and distributed environment, and experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
