Job Summary

We have ambitious goals to scale the Partnerships Channel in APAC, continuing to work with partners such as accounting firms, payroll agencies, HR providers and technology partners to grow their revenues through partnership via one beautiful, cloud-based platform. With your help, we can achieve our growth objectives and build our indirect sales model by partnering with multiple businesses

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales, engagement and outreach to new and existing partners across APAC
  • Prospect potential clients to develop relationships with key decision makers and identify new business opportunities
  • Plan strategic approaches and pitch persuasively
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
  • Nurture leads to progress to real deal opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to develop high quality sales materials to support pitches and articulate our value proposition
  • Maintain accurate records of your work in the CRM and maintain an up to date sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling and outreaches across APAC 1-2 + years
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional outcomes, overachieving targets and building a robust pipeline
  • Passionate about building and nurturing relationships with new partners
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with numerous stakeholders in a structured and logical way
  • Ability to ensure partners and clients of our partner's feel supported in their decision making and well informed throughout their journey
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Passionate about finding new opportunities to generate revenue and able to think outside the box to identify new potential partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic culture
