Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Know the products and their uses.
• Work closely with the sales team and directly with the sales manager
• liaising seriously with sales staff, and also take care of the distribution and advertising for the company within a region or the entire country.
• Undertake trips with the sales team to study the market to facilitate planning
• Build and develop a list of clients and customers who would stick to them even in  a fluctuating market
• Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
• Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy
• Focus on key products identified by the company at any point in time.
• Develop with the sales team a quarterly marketing plan divided into monthly phases.
• Reviews and recommends for approval all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
• Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
• Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures
• Develop innovative approaches to marketing to facilitate increased in sales.

Requirement:

• Giving priority to applicant who has agriculture background
• Marketing experience is not less than three years ,management experience required as well
• Good communication and coordination skill and sensitive to market information and timely collecting
• Professional ability for data/information/trends analysis
• Keep a good relationship with colleagues, customers, and other suppliers
• Great moral standing
