Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to inform strategic planning and drive data-driven decision making.
- Set specific marketing goals that align with overall business goals.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Assign tasks and set objectives for the team to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain the brand image of the company across all marketing platforms.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency and return on investment.
- Analyze financial data to evaluate the viability of campaigns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure market needs are met.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in - relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of market research methods, data analysis, and statistics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- The candidate should be a member of a recognized professional body.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing or sales environment.
