Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, driving brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Manage Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand recognition.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, collaborating closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts and reach target audiences.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the development of content strategies, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that supports marketing goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Engage with the Marketing Manager and team to understand campaign objectives, desired outcomes, and strategic goals.
- Develop Creative Briefs: Translate marketing concepts into comprehensive creative briefs that detail project requirements and deliverables.
- Create Engaging Content: Utilize original thought and creativity to produce compelling images and videos that effectively capture viewer attention.
- Conduct Market Research: Participate in market research to gather insights and trends that inform and enhance design decisions.
- Media Utilization and Selection: Select and utilize appropriate media channels and tools for each project, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Design and Layout Development: Use software such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create and refine images, develop campaign layouts, and design visual elements.
- Produce High-Quality Graphics: Design visually appealing graphics and videos that enhance the overall effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Draft Review and Revisions: Present design drafts to the management, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with Suppliers: Deliver final design files to external suppliers, including site designers and printers, ensuring accuracy and quality in the final output.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, PPC, and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
