Job summary

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Marketing Manager to join the Foundervine team. This is a key role for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution —someone who can take ownership of marketing campaigns from start to finish, while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and impact.You'll lead the execution of campaigns that promote our programmes and events, support recruitment targets, and drive brand visibility. You'll also help bring our programmes to life by creating compelling content that resonates with audiences, clients and communities. The ideal candidate is creative, detail- oriented, and excited about working in a fast-paced, mission-led environment.

Key Responsibilities


Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Plan, create and deliver multi-channel promotional campaigns to drive sign-ups for Foundervine’s programmes across social media, email and our website.
  • Set up and schedule campaign content that aligns with programme timelines and brand messaging.
  • Adapt campaign strategies in real-time based on performance data and recruitment numbers.

Client & Brand Engagement
  • Collaborate with external clients and programme partners to ensure the branding and positioning of each programme is clearly communicated and consistently represented.
  • Act as a brand guardian across client-facing content, ensuring that campaign materials reflect the unique value and vision of each programme.
  • Support the development of client-ready presentations, impact summaries and branded assets.

Impact Campaigns & Storytelling
  • Lead the creation of impact campaigns across key programmes that showcase our outcomes, case studies and success stories.
  • Work with internal teams to gather insights, participant feedback and performance data that can be translated into strong narratives and visual content.
  • Use storytelling to position Foundervine as a thought leader in inclusive innovation and entrepreneurship.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Liaise with Programme Managers to gather content, create communications, and hold stakeholders accountable for timely submissions.
  • Work closely with the Brand Associate and Marketing Associate to ensure the successful execution of campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Provide regular campaign status reports to senior management, including successes, risks and performance trends.

Design & Brand
  • Use graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma) to create visually appealing ads, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Engage in basic video editing for social content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush or equivalent.
  • Ensure all creative content adheres to Foundervine’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Maintain consistency in design and tone across all touchpoints, including client-facing and public-facing materials.

Copywriting & Content Creation
  • Develop clear, compelling and impactful messaging across all communication channels.
  • Write and edit a wide range of content including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, articles, blogs, case studies, surveys and press releases.
  • Tailor content to different audiences and stakeholders, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in tone and language.
  • Support the SEO strategy by writing optimised web content and contributing to the growth of organic reach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex ideas into engaging copy and narrative storytelling.

Innovation, Research & Trend Monitoring
  • Research marketing trends, audience insights and digital innovations to ensure Foundervine remains relevant and competitive in the market.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to campaigns, content formats, and channel strategy, based on both data and creative thinking.
  • Conduct desk research for new projects, including competitor analysis, market mapping and audience behaviour studies.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation
  • Monitor product adoption, customer engagement and campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Track key marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaign activity and inform future decision-making.
  • Regularly report on marketing performance to senior leadership and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Continuously test and optimise campaign content and channels to enhance reach and conversion.
  • Undertake any other marketing duties within competence as required by the Head of Marketing.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication Design, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A professional certification in marketing (e.g., DipM, ProM, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot) is a requiremen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, including mentoring junior staff and managing performance.
  • Proven experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that span multiple regions or international markets.
  • Confident using design and video editing tools such as Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), CMS platforms, and web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media optimisation and email marketing.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A fast learner, detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Proactive team player with great communication and stakeholder management skills.
