Sentuo Ceramic Ghana is seeking a highly skilled Traditional Chinese Translator (Mandarin) to facilitate effective communication between the company's Chinese and Ghanaian teams. The successful candidate will provide accurate oral interpretation and written translation services while supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpretation between Traditional Chinese (Mandarin) and English during meetings, trainings, and workplace interactions.
- Translate business documents, reports, emails, manuals, contracts, and operational procedures accurately.
- Assist Chinese expatriates and local employees in overcoming language barriers.
- Support communication between management, production, engineering, procurement, and administrative teams.
- Ensure translations maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural appropriateness.
- Accompany managers during site visits, inspections, and meetings when interpretation is required.
- Proofread and review translated documents for consistency and quality.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of Chinese staff where language support is needed.
- Perform other translation and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Translation, Chinese Language, Linguistics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Ability to read, write, and speak Traditional Chinese and Mandarin fluently.
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience as a translator or interpreter is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural manufacturing environment.

- Professional interpretation and translation skills.
- Knowledge of Chinese and Ghanaian business culture.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: GHS 7,000 – GHS 9,000 per month
