Role Description The Sales Marketer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The Sales Marketer will promote the company’s insurance products, generate leads, and build long-term relationships with clients and agents. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, explaining insurance options, preparing proposals, and following up on inquiries to close sales. The role also involves conducting market research, participating in promotional activities, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and working with internal teams to support client onboarding and policy servicing.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Knowledge of insurance products and brokerage services, or a strong willingness to learn the insurance industry.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Basic marketing and outreach skills, such as lead generation, networking, and participation in promotional events.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Comfort working on-site in Accra and collaborating with an independent network of agents and internal teams.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools) to track and manage sales activities.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
