Marketer
Job summary
Simprica, a company engaged in the importation and sale of meat products, is seeking an energetic, confident, and results-driven Marketer to promote and sell the company's products. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable engaging with customers and businesses to promote meat products.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Promote and market Simprica's meat products to prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new customer and business leads.
- Visit potential customers and businesses to introduce and promote company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present product information, pricing, and available offerings to customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer database.
- Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Gather customer feedback and provide useful market insights to management.
- Identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Support promotional campaigns and other sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer engagements, and market visits.
- Perform other sales and marketing duties assigned by management.
- Minimum of WASSCE/SSSCE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and engage customers in the field.
- Good knowledge of the Adenta and Greater Accra business environment is an advantage.
- Experience in selling food products, meat, FMCG, or related products will be an added advantage.

- Commission: Additional commission based on sales performance
- Location: Adenta, Accra
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
