Responsibilities:
Digital Sales & Marketing Executive:
- Are you creative, sales-driven, and passionate about social media? Join our team to drive online sales by creating engaging content, responding to customer enquiries on WhatsApp and social media, converting enquiries into sales, and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Operations & Inventory Coordinator:
- Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service? This role is responsible for managing inventory, serving walk-in customers, fulfilling online orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is an advantage.
