Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Arrange meeting with clients and solicit for businesses.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and PR activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Knowledge in mechanical engineering and the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO strategies.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media platforms.
