Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials and services.
• Assist in the execution of the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with brand goals and objectives.
• Manage and monitor the marketing action plan and calendar to ensure all tasks and campaigns are executed on schedule.
• Oversee the timely production, distribution, and placement of marketing assets (e.g., banners, brochures, digital content, POS materials).
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate completed marketing projects and campaigns to ensure they meet brand standards and quality expectations.
• Support the marketing team with administrative and logistical tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing coordination role, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
