Job Summary

The Marketing & Brands Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and digital marketing.

Job Description/Requirements

Reports To: Group Head, Brand and Marketing & MD



Key Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the brand's digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Oversee the production of advertising materials, promotional items, and other brand assets.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present market analysis reports to senior management.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT industry is a plus.
  • Certification in brands, marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
