Job Description/Requirements
Reports To: Group Head, Brand and Marketing & MD
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and content.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the brand's digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- Oversee the production of advertising materials, promotional items, and other brand assets.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports to senior management.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and brand management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT industry is a plus.
- Certification in brands, marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
