Marketing and Sales Manager

v  Candidate will set up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personnel sales, and strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and providing excellent sales records.

v  Candidate will be responsible for tracking market development, creating strategies, setting up sales plans, and maintaining customer relations.

v  Overseeing sales, marketing, and advertisement activities.

v  Monitors demand for company products or services, business, and industry competition.

v  Identifies potential new customers; develops strategies for increasing sales or market share.

v  Meeting the monthly set target of the company, both online and retail.

v  Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.

v  Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.

v  Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.

v  Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.

v  A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field is preferred.

v  Proven experience working in sales or marketing.

v  Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and marketing software.

v  Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.

v  The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.

v  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

v  Excellent organizational and time management skills.

v  Effective communication skills.

v  Exceptional customer service skills.

v  Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

v  Excellent in e-mail marketing and the use of chimps is a plus.
