Job Summary
We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The social media manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Job Duties:
- Create and execute effective marketing strategies to promote products/services, increase brand visibility, and reach target audiences.
- Manage and curate content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to engage audiences and enhance brand presence.
- Develop compelling and relevant content, including posts, articles, graphics, and videos, to share across social media channels.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community through active engagement on social media.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online promotions, contests, and collaborations, to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) for optimal results.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing newsletters and tracking open and click-through rates.
- Identify potential partnerships and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and awareness.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, social media platforms, and communication channels.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to allocate resources for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance products/services and improve customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across social media platforms.
- Stay informed about industry news, changes in algorithms, and social media best practices to adapt strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and social media management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics.
- Creativity and ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
