Job Summary
The Manager on Duty plays a vital leadership role in ensuring smooth daily operations while actively contributing to the resorts’ financial performance and brand reputation. This position requires a balance of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and creative engagement — ensuring every guest interaction strengthens loyalty, every service encounter adds value, and every opportunity is leveraged to grow revenue and awareness. You will lead with presence, manage staff performance, maintain service standards, and champion the resort’s commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations during assigned shifts.
- Serve as the primary on-site leader and guest liaison, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
- Supervise and support staff across all departments — Front Office.
- Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase revenue through upselling, event promotions, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strengthen brand awareness by maintaining high service standards, encouraging guest reviews, and supporting social media engagement.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution.
- Conduct property walkthroughs to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and brand consistency.
- Monitor daily operations, staff performance, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Communicate shift reports, incidents, and achievements to the General Manager.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
- Minimum 4–5 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
- Proven ability to increase operational revenue and guest engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in boutique hotel or resort operations preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Cloudbeds, Opera, or similar).
- Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and exceptional problem-solving ability.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
