Job Summary
Gamurs Group is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team! The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving advertising revenue for GAMURS Group's portfolio of digital media properties. This individual will introduce our brands to the market and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute on advertising sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue goals. We're looking for someone who is excited to take on new challenges, a willingness to get hand-on, and a love for the gaming industry.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with GAMURS Group's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with various teams, including sales, content, product, and design, to ensure campaign success
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Identify target audiences and develop messaging that resonates with them
- Create and manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget
- Measure and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including media outlets, influencers, and agencies
- Stay up-to-date on emerging marketing trends and technologies and implement new ideas to drive growth and innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
- Passion for esports and the gaming industry is a plus
