Job Summary
To engage customers, deliver outstanding customer experiences and strengthen the Boston Scientific brand, the Integrated Marketing Communications EMEA specialist in New Cardi will design and implement integrated multichannel marketing communication campaigns to deliver the right messages and content to customers through online and offline channels along the customer journey.

Job Description/Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- In support of business priorities, contribute to the development of the annual communication plan and lead integrated marketing communications for franchise campaigns, product launches, and solutions.
- Define and implement communication plans with clear deliverables, milestones, accountabilities, and measures of success that are needed to accomplish business objectives and inform future projects.
- Lead creative and designs, in line with Boston Scientific’s brand standards, and act as brand ambassador.
- Master the translation of value propositions into stories through compelling storytelling.
- Lead the design of dynamic content and assets fit for multichannel publishing,
- Efficiently manage content along the content life cycle by leveraging tools, technologies, operating models, and standard processes.
- Manage creative, copywriting, and translation vendors, in compliance with Boston Scientific’s policies.
- Support the management of the communications budget.
- Successfully collaborate with key partners in EMEA and in Global Integrated Marketing Communications and demonstrate excellence in creating synergies, cross-fertilization, and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Competencies
- Minimum 3/4 years of relevant experiences in Marketing Communications (B2B or B2C).
- Proficiency level of English (any additional European language is a plus).
- Solid experiences in Marketing Communications and brand management.
- Drive excellence in communication through storytelling by translating story visions and value propositions into practical and specific content, messages and activities that engage internal and external audiences.
- Influence channel mix and integration by enabling the most appropriate channel mix to engage customers, and by integrating and utilizing analytics and technology to deliver a seamless, engaging customer experience.
- Lead innovative advancement by generating new ideas, methods, and solutions. Continuously use imagination, creativity and critical thinking to solve problems. Seek new approaches, ways of working and innovations to improve the customer experience and further differentiate BSC.
- Demonstrate the discipline of planning, prioritizing, executing and monitoring projects and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe, standard and budget. Manage and optimize resources, finances and risks; drive the implementation of the strategy by communicating between functions, departments, roles and activities.
- Master business partnerships by building and broadening strategic relationships with stakeholders and key influencers; facilitate networking of team members; bring together diverse perspectives to improve results.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels by challenging others’ views whilst maintaining and leveraging collaborative relationships.
