Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Promote a healthy work environment by addressing employee grievances and conflicts.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in evaluating employee performance and setting development plans.
Training & Development:
- Identify staff training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Foster career development programs and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks.
- Benchmark roles to ensure competitive compensation.
Compliance & Policy:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies.
- Update employee handbooks and HR manuals regularly.
HR Strategy:
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
