Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar sales-focused role in the IT industry
  • Excellent English in speech and writing (C1 level is a must)
  • Experience with sales tools and CRMs e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation principles
  • Easiness to connect and interact with people, to build long-term relationships
  • Adaptability and openness to changes. We work in a fast-paced environment and like to experiment a lot to get better results.
  • Business acumen
  • Organizational and time management skills

Nice-to-have:
  • Previous working experience in a software house or digital agency
  • Basic technical knowledge of web development tools and differences between them

Responsibilites:
  • Controlling the lead lifecycle from gaining to closure (becoming our client)
  • Taking a lead role in the inbound sales process: preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and finally closing deals
  • Maintaining continuous communication and relationships with our clients by being the first point of contact and providing support in any queries
  • Negotiating price and quotes with new and older customers
  • Re-engaging acquired customers, doing regular check-ups on their needs
  • Managing overall client satisfaction in terms of collaboration with us, by e.g., doing regular check-ups and organising feedback sessions
  • Cooperating daily with our Dev, Design and PM team on preparing tech specs, estimations, and reports
  • Improving and initiating repeatable sales processes and practices inside the team
  • Coordinating, and sometimes taking lead in outbound sales initiatives
  • Coming up with innovative ideas and sales campaigns, cooperating closely with our marketing department to coordinate and execute them
  • Being in charge of the CRM system (we use HubSpot) and other sales tools


Your KPIs are going to be:

  • New business, total revenue - quarterly
  • Existing customers business, total revenue - quarterly
