Job Summary
We're looking for a Senior Rewards Partner to design and manage our executive compensation programmes. Someone who'll ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation practices by defining, evaluating, and implementing executive remuneration plans and policies that will contribute to attracting, retaining, and engaging top executive talent. You'll strive to identify improvements to enhance business objectives, compliance, and the employee experience

Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the definition and implementation of the executive compensation strategy and plans
- Designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation schemes and policies, including short and long-term incentive programmes and deferred compensation plans
- Supporting as the expert and primary point of contact for all matters related to executive remuneration
- Offering support and guidance to senior executives regarding executive compensation matters
- Partnering with external vendors to bring best-in-class external executive remuneration practices
- Partnering with internal stakeholders such as Talent, Legal, and Finance to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of our current and new programmes
- Partnering with Head of Rewards to produce papers for RemCo and ExCo sessions
- Presenting executive remuneration plans and programmes to the required committees
What you'll need:
- 6-8 years of experience managing and designing regional and global core and executive compensation policies and practices
- Expertise in scoping, designing, and implementing new rewards programmes and policies, utilising data analytics
- Strong problem-solving, project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Ease and expertise partnering with senior leaders
- An innovative, hands-on, and resourceful mindset
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
