Sr. Director, Consumer Sales

Duties and  Responsibilities:

•  Communicate what is needed to generate/grow revenue and work closely with Sales VP and SVP, Sales and cross departmentally to develop solutions 
• Collaborate with other departments across the organization such as Creative Strategy, Sponsorships & Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Content, and more to support the sales teams’ needs to drive business results. 
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations, as it relates to challenges, deadlines, and financial pressure.  
• Experience working with brands like: Coca Cola, Pizza Hut, Mondelez, Nestle, Pepsi, FritoLay, ABInbev, Diageo, Microsoft, Dell, Intel, T-Mobile, Samsung, Fidelity, Ally and more. 
• Travel as needed;  attend sales calls and provide feedback to develop Sales Managers and Account Executives’ growth. 

Job Qualifications:

• 6+ years of sales experience; with a minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience. 
• Track record of successfully leading sales professionals. 
• Strong leadership skills  
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills 
• Organized, creative, and results driven 
• Category specific client and agency relationships 
• Knowledge of the gaming and entertainment industry is a plusBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
