Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling the company's products or services on online retail platforms, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, online stores, social media platforms, etc.
  • Proactively communicate with customers online to understand customer needs and provide information and suggestions on related products or services.
  • Be familiar with the company's product or service features and be able to introduce customers in detail and recommend products that suit their needs.
  • Assist customers to complete the online purchase process, including order confirmation, payment method selection, logistics information tracking, etc.
  • Handle customer complaints, return and exchange applications and other after-sales issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  • Actively participate in online promotions and marketing promotions, such as special promotions, limited-time discounts, etc., to increase sales and customer conversion rates.
  • Regularly track and analyze sales data, understand sales conditions and customer feedback, make improvement suggestions and report to superiors.


Job Requirements:

  • Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to establish good relationships with customers and provide professional consulting services.
  • Applicants who are familiar with the operation and management of e-commerce platforms and have experience in online sales will be given priority.
  • Have good team spirit and be able to collaborate with colleagues to complete sales tasks and promotional activities.
  • Have basic computing skills and logical thinking skills, and be able to accurately handle order information and transaction processes.
  • Ability to withstand stress and maintain work efficiency and a positive attitude in high-intensity work environments.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to shift systems and holidays.
  • Applicants with a certain understanding and interest in the sales and e-commerce industry, and relevant certificates or training experience will be given priority.
