Job Description/Requirements
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Help define the vision for the CRO & SEO Programs, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and help define success by setting goals and performance KPIs to align with company objectives
Collaborate and co-create a landing page experimentation roadmap with your counterparts in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering and Analytics
Use web traffic, site engagement data, and in-product metrics to prioritize opportunities and report on the business impact of your optimization efforts
Build quarterly experimentation roadmaps in partnership with channel owners
Execute A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs
Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action, and lead-generating forms
Partner closely with paid search and content partners to drive cross-channel impact at scale.
Understand the user journey and how to impact conversion.
What you need
3-5 years of conversion rate optimization experience or growth product management experience; particularly in a fast-paced startup / product-led growth environment
Experience with hypotheses-driven A/B testing, experiment design, and basic statistical analysis
Experience with web analytics and A/B testing platforms (i.e. Heap, Segment, Optimizely, Google Optimize)
Knowledge and working experience with SEO tools (i.e. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush)
Solid working understanding of statistical significance, p value, and standard error types
Excellent communication, roadmap management, and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations
Proven track record of growing rankings, traffic, and engagement
