Job Description/Requirements
- Own all digital marketing channels for Truv including nurture/lifecycle marketing, paid, and organic
- Perform audience research to develop new campaign concepts to test in various channels
- Work with a best-in-class marketing team to create and capture demand through top-of-funnel marketing campaigns
- Own our email marketing strategy and execution to consistently drive engagement among our database that generates opportunities
- Identify A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates within the sales and marketing funnel
- Lead the growth strategy and execution for 20% of Truv’s revenue starting with creating opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3-8 years of experience in demand generation/growth marketing/digital marketing
- Successful 2-year stint in a fast-paced (series A-C, under 300 people) startup environment
- Strong quantitative impact from prior roles that ties to revenue
