Job Summary
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who will be responsible for executing on our go-to-market strategies, running events, owning Hubspot, and managing paid media campaigns for IOV Labs, RIF, and Rootstock. As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will be working with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and other marketers to drive the growth of our blockchain platforms and services. The ideal candidate has a passion for blockchain technology and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for RIF with a focus on driving user acquisition and engagement
- Plan, coordinate and execute marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and meetups to generate leads and build brand awareness
- Own Hubspot and leverage marketing automation to create and execute targeted email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and lead scoring models
- Create and execute paid media campaigns across channels including but not limited to social media, Google Ads, and display advertising
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the blockchain industry
- Collaborate with product teams to develop messaging and positioning for new products and features
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including ROI analysis and KPI tracking
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry
- Experience with event planning and execution
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools
