Job Summary
We’re looking for an Account Manager who will help our clients -small business and microbusiness owners- grow. We are looking for a digital marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience helping small businesses grow. You should have experience working at a marketing agency (or similar) focusing on small business owners. You helped your clients grow their business by setting up email marketing campaigns, managing their social media, optimizing their website (SEO), and using a variety of other practical, cost-effective marketing solutions. You are creative, can adapt to different situations quickly, handy with technology, and have great organizational abilities. You also have a fluent level of English (spoken and written), have confidence in front of a camera and have excellent written and spoken communication skills that enable you to forge meaningful relationships.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Serve as account manager to a vast portfolio of customers that own small businesses
Conduct monthly video calls with your clients every day to progress them along a defined marketing program suited to their business needs
Improve the marketing curriculum for small businesses
Educate customers on the opportunities within their business sector
Educate customers and set up marketing tools and strategies to scale their businesses
Understand our customer needs and demonstrate how the UENI platform can make a positive impact on their business
Work closely with other teams (e.g. content, product, customer support) to deliver a great customer experience
Introduce UENI users to our different tools, services and products they can benefit from, and help onboard them where appropriate
Develop and maintain positive customer care experience and satisfaction
Provide comprehensive solutions to issues with customers’ online assets (social media) or answers to marketing questions customers may have during the monthly video calls
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of experience in digital media and marketing or consulting
Demonstrable experience with small business marketing solutions
Experience developing good relationships with potential customers
Ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment
Passion for growth with excellent entrepreneurial and communication skills.
