Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Brand Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all channels.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events to enhance brand awareness.
Digital & Content Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing and sales strategies.
Customer Engagement & Experience:
- Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Develop programs to improve customer loyalty and retention.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Prepare reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategic adjustments.
Budget Management:
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Partnerships & Promotions:
- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Organize and oversee promotional events and campaigns to maximize outreach and engagement.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall consistency of brand messaging across all platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new marketing tools, and emerging technologies.
- Support sales teams with marketing materials and collateral.
- Monitor and maintain the company's online reputation and presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt.
