Field Service Technician - Underground
Job descriptions & requirements
Mission Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), routine maintenance, and troubleshoot/repair Epiroc products to manufacturer standards. Run diagnostics on equipment and components, identify root causes, and execute repairs, including hydraulic and electrical systems. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company assets while working safely and sustainably. Communicate service activities promptly, issue technical reports, and manage spare parts identification and requests. Maintain professional customer interactions, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and utilize service software (Fleetsync, Techinfor, ACIGN). Adhere to safety and environmental standards, promoting correct PPE usage and sustainable work practices.
Your Profile:
Complete all company-required training (TL1, PDI procedures, machine specs, schematics reading within 3 months; Safe Start Modules within 1 year). Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills; ability to use service-related programs. Strong time management, communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills; open to continuous learning and collaboration. Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Location and other info such as travel requirements etc
