Plastic Factory Engineer / Operator

Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling production activities to meet organizational goals and customer demands. ​
• Supervising factory staff, including training, task assignment, and performance evaluation. ​
• Ensuring machinery and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order. ​
• Maintaining quality control by creating and implementing comprehensive quality standards and conducting regular inspections. ​
• Managing inventory and procurement to ensure a smooth flow of materials for uninterrupted production. ​
• Enforcing compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workplace. ​
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline and improve factory operations.
• Analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity. ​
• Preparing and presenting production reports to higher management. ​
• Collaborating with other departments for synchronized operations. ​
• Operate plastic processing equipment

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and management abilities, with proficiency in communication and problem-solving. ​
• Knowledge of industry-specific equipment, safety regulations, and quality control standards. ​
• Experience in manufacturing, supervision, or a related managerial role.
• Higher National Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
• 1-2 years or more experience in the same field
