Job summary
We are seeking organized and proactive Event Management Personnel to support the planning, coordination, and marketing of events entirely from the office. This role focuses on research, coordination, communication, and administrative support for events.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of conferences, awards, forums, and corporate events
- Conduct online research on venues, speakers, partners, sponsors, and vendors
- Manage event databases, guest lists, and contact directories
- Coordinate communication with participants via email, phone, and virtual platforms
- Assist with event marketing, registrations, and confirmations
- Prepare event schedules, briefs, proposals, and reports
- Liaise internally with marketing, communications, and operations teams
- Support virtual and hybrid event planning activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of Senior High School Certificate / Diploma / Degree
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to conduct structured online research and data compilation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (email, internet, MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in event planning, administration, or coordination is an advantage
