The African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Development Manager to lead the growth of our Business Clinic, a specialized business support center designed to provide entrepreneurs and SMEs with advisory, training, mentoring, business development, and growth support services.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and management of AEA and Business Clinic.
- Design and implement business support programs for entrepreneurs and SMEs.
- Build partnerships with industry stakeholders, investors, and support organizations.
- Provide strategic guidance and business development support to clients.
- Coordinate mentoring, advisory, and enterprise growth initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Academic background in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Enterprise Development, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience working within Ghana and startup, SME, innovation, or entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Personal entrepreneurial or business management experience is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of the African business and entrepreneurship landscape.
- Smart, innovative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Must reside in Accra.
