Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, hospitality, and corporate interior projects
- Convert leads into custom furniture and interior design contracts
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for furniture and design services
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and private clients
- Manage client inquiries from concept stage through to project delivery
- Provide quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Partnerships & Networking
- Develop partnerships with:
- Architects and design studios
- Real estate developers
- Hotels, restaurants, and commercial spaces
- Represent Bonobo at design fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
Market Development
- Identify trends in the Ghanaian and West African interior design market
- Research competitors and propose strategies for differentiation
- Help expand Bonobo’s presence in premium furniture and lifestyle markets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in furniture, design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Ability to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
- Good understanding of Accra’s real estate/design ecosystem (advantage)
- Self-driven, creative, and commercially minded
Preferred Experience
- 1–3+ years in sales, business development, interior design, or real estate
- Experience working with high-end or custom-made products
